1. You might currently be viewing our forums as a guest. By joining our free community you will be able to create posts, communicate privately with other members, and upload your own photos. You will also have access to members-only topics not visible to our guests. Note that the banner ads beneath our header are only visible to non-members!

2. Each new membership is activated by the administrators, usually within a 24 hour period. If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, check our FAQs before contacting support. Please first read our forum rules, because becoming a member means that you automatically agree to abide by these rules.

3. Our rules exist to protect both our members and staff. It is only reasonable that any member who ignores these rules should face disciplinary action, as even one member violating these rules is being unfair to all other members who are willing to uphold them.

4. Should you have an objection to any member, or a post by a member, please first message a moderator or administrator with your objection. Objections voiced on open boards will be deleted. Any harrassment through private messages should be reported to moderators/administrators.

5. The Anima Mundi forum is not an appropriate place for a member to discuss her or his private or romantic life, domestic wellbeing, state of mind or other personal issues. Neither is the forum a place where issues from other forums or social networking websites are discussed. Issues which relate directly to health and welfare are covered in the “Take Heart” topic.

6. Members are encouraged to be active. Once you become a member, you will be expected to post and to involve yourself in what the Anima Mundi Forum offers. Members who join, but who play little or no further active part, will be cautioned. Further non-activity could result in a ban or withdrawal of membership. Anima Mundi does not encourage ‘read only’ members. This is a public access forum, and you do not need to become a member merely to read what others are contributing.

7. If you enjoy a post by another member, you are encouraged to contribute to the discussion to appreciate and inspire. If you wish to quote another post, please limit that quote to a brief extract and do not include any images from the quoted post.

8. If you wish to create a new topic please take a moment to check whether there is not already an existing topic which covers what you wish to post about. And when posting, please stay on topic.

9. Anima Mundi is an English language forum. Some latitude is allowed for brief quotations and similar situations, but members are expected to post in English.

10. Members are encouraged to write in their own words, rather than (re)posting existing - and lengthy - articles (including Wikipedia entries!) by others.

11. Please respect and follow the rule only to place links to videos in their respective appropriate topics in the Sounds and Visions category, which has been created especially for this purpose. Video links placed anywhere other than in S&V will be (re)moved.

12. All material posted, whether written or images, should conform to reasonable standards of decency and good taste. Any images posted are the responsibility of the member who posts them. The maximum permitted size for avatar photos is 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels deep. Signature photos should be discreet in size. The administrators of this forum are not responsible for any copyright issues associated with text or images posted by forum members. Posts which contain innuendo of a sexual or offensive nature will be deleted.

The administrators reserve the right either to amend or add to these rules as necessary.
